The Science Behind of the Snack
Hazelnut cookies have a timeless appeal, evoking memories of home-baked foods and the comforting flavour of hazelnuts, one of our customers' favourites flavours. We wanted to take this classic and offer the same flavour but with a smarter approach to sweetness and nutrition, where the sugar is replaced by maltitol to avoid its negative health consequences.
