Is there a minimum team size?
No. Boxes go from 100 to 1,000 snacks, for small teams and large ones. For teams bigger still, we put together a tailored proposal.
Can I change the size of the box?
Yes. Make it bigger or smaller as your team grows or changes, whenever you like.
Is there a tie-in period or a minimum commitment?
No. Change, pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
How late can I pause or change a delivery?
Up to one working day before the renewal date, from your account. After that, your box is already being prepared.
Our team is hybrid. How do we get the quantity right?
We count 5 snacks per person per week, but you decide: if fewer people are coming in one week, change the size or the frequency of the next delivery.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. There are snacks for a range of dietary requirements, and enough variety for everyone on the team to find theirs. Allergens are flagged on every pack.
How does delivery work?
In mainland Spain, your box arrives in 2 to 3 working days, and we'll agree the delivery cost with you before your first box. We don't deliver to the Balearics, the Canaries, Ceuta or Melilla.
What if my team doesn't like some of the snacks?
Let the team vote with the QR code on each snack, or tell us yourself. The votes tell us what the team loves and what isn't for them, and every box becomes more yours.
Who chooses the snacks for my team?
Our nutrition team, from our own catalogue. The first box is varied on purpose, with categories and flavours for different tastes. After that, the choices follow the team's votes and what you tell us.
