How long does delivery take?
In mainland Portugal, mainland Spain and the UK, your order arrives two to three working days after you buy, and in the other countries we deliver to, two to five. For the Azores and Madeira, allow up to ten working days. When it's on its way, you get an email with the tracking number.
Do you have snacks for people with dietary restrictions?
We have many options that don't contain common allergenic ingredients (gluten, lactose, etc.), but there could still be traces due to cross-contamination. If you have severe food intolerances, unfortunately, we can't help you yet. For more information, contact us by email.
Note: Cross-contamination occurs when a certain "substance free" food item becomes contaminated by either direct or indirect contact with a food item that contains said "substance". Gluten is a common example of this, where traces can be found in food with no gluten ingredients. This is why we say you should not consume our snacks if you have severe intolerances.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is included in mainland Portugal, mainland Spain and across the UK. To the Azores and Madeira, it's €10. We also deliver to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Romania, at a flat rate you'll see at checkout. We don't deliver to the Balearics or the Canaries.
