Send us the dates once. On the day, a Birthday Box arrives for that person, with a card written by hand. We won't say what is in it. Easy to organise. A pleasure to receive.
What offices ask us
Can I change the size of the box?
Yes. Make it bigger or smaller as your team grows or changes, whenever you like, from your account dashboard.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. There are snacks for a range of dietary requirements, and enough variety for everyone on the team to find theirs. Allergens are flagged on every pack. For a specific requirement, write to our nutrition team at nutrition@ohmysnacks.net.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size you choose and on whether it's a subscription or a one-off order. The prices are above, per box and VAT included, and they show what each snack costs too. A subscription gets you a better price than a one-off order, in every size.
How long does the box take to arrive?
In Portugal and Spain, your box leaves the warehouse 1 to 2 working days after you order and arrives 1 to 3 working days later. In the UK it arrives in 1 to 2 working days, tracked.
Is there a contract or a minimum commitment?
No. You can change, pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
Is there a minimum team size?
No. Boxes go from 100 to 1,000 snacks, so they work for a small team and for a company with hundreds of people.
What if my team doesn't like some of the snacks?
In your account dashboard, you rate every snack that's arrived. What you mark to keep comes back, what's not for your team stops coming, and every box becomes more yours.

Our nutrition team, from our own catalogue. The first box is varied on purpose, with categories and flavours for different tastes. After that, the choices follow what you rate in your dashboard and what you tell us in the chat.
