1. The adventure begins by clicking on "TAKE YOUR QUIZ". On this page, you will find a survey that you answer in less than 2 minutes! We did this survey to know your preferences and thus create the perfect box.
2. Then you will have to enter the shipping data, card number and that's it, very simple! The data is saved to facilitate future orders, but don't worry! You can change it at any time.
3. YOUR box will normally be shipped the next business day.
4. After a few days we will ask your opinion to continue improving your Oh!My box. We want each box to be unique, made just for you. Take it personally!
You can check all the payment methods available at the bottom right corner of the website, in the footer. Right now, we accept American Express, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. More to come soon!

Note: you can create temporary cards if you do not want to use your original credit card. You just have to keep them updated if you want to continue your subscription ;)
Orders are normally shipped the next business day.

Your order will be delivered by a courier, during the day at the address you indicate. Confirm the address, ensuring it is complete.
In case of doubt, the courier will call you so it is important that you have your mobile number up to date.
Your Oh!My box will be delivered to the address that is most convenient for you, but we can't estimate a delivery time (depends on the courier's daily route). For this reason, it is recommended that someone be there to receive your box at the delivery address.

To give your feedback it's pretty simple. You only have to scan the QR code and you will able to vote and/or provide an observation on that snack or even the entire box.

An Oh!My subscription gives you access to a box with 20, 30 or 60 tasty, healthy, different, and personalized snacks in every delivery.
If you finished the quiz and left before complete your checkout, please email us at [email protected] for we can help you.
Yes, whenever you want, without complications. There is no loyalty period.
You can unsubscribe whenever you want, so you'll be able to unsubscribe right after you receive your first box.
However... we believe that after tasting YOUR personalized snacks you won't want anything else ;)

The first payment is made as soon as you confirm your Oh!My box subscription. From there, payments are made automatically according to your subscription plan.
It's very simple. Just log into your Oh!My account and change your details.
Subscriptions can be weekly (every 7 days), fortnightly (every 15 days), or monthly (every 30 days).
No! You can, for example, receive a box of 20 snacks weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The box/frequency combination is at your discretion.
You can make these changes in your account. If you can't or if you encounter any problems, you can send an email to [email protected]. We are quick to respond :)
To rate your snacks, you can read the QRcode on the back side of your snack packaging or go to your account and click on "Rate My Snacks". The snacks app works like that:
“Oh! My I love it” you will receive this snack on your next box
“Like it” you'll receive this snack occasionally
“Dislike. Don’t want to repeat” you will never receive this snack again.
In the "Add this number of snacks to your next box" section, you can select 4 of the same snacks, up to the total of snacks of Your Box. You can adjust this quantity in the future.”
No. None of your snacks need to be kept cold.
That depends. Our snacks may contain traces of gluten, eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, and nuts, among others. If you have a severe intolerance (like gluten), unfortunately, we can't create YOUR box for now. But we are committed to finding safe solutions for you.

A healthy diet must be complete, varied, and balanced, and must provide energy for physical and mental well-being throughout the day. However, we know that “healthy” is different for all of us, and that's why we bet on variety - so that there are options for everyone and so that we can work continuously to adapt to your tastes and needs.
At Oh!My Snacks you will have access to several categories of snacks, all of which have some characteristic that makes them a “healthy” option – for example, eliminating refined sugars, reducing fat compared to traditional equivalents, or snacks with a higher protein and fiber content than similar ones on the market. All this without ever compromising on taste.
The ingredients and nutritional information of all snacks will be on a page that you can access through the QR Code.
The expiration dates are on the product.
The purpose of the quiz and the feedback we ask you at the end of each delivery is to ensure that this does not happen.

After you do Your Quiz and after you will be directed to Account Creation page.
Go to 'Login' in the upper-right corner and click on 'Forgot your password? Reset it now.' Then enter your email and click 'Submit.' You will receive an email with all the instructions needed to reset your password within a few minutes.
Since Oh!My is a personalized service, the best way to avoid confusion is to place all your orders through the same account. If you discover that you have accidentally created two accounts, you can contact us and we’ll help you.
