takes less than 3 minutes and helps us personalise your box. After the quiz,
you’ll be directed to the registration page to link your answers with your
delivery details. Then, you’ll choose the frequency and quantity of snacks on
the product page. Add the selection to your cart and proceed to checkout to
complete your purchase. Once your purchase is made, our dietitians will review
your quiz and create a personalised snack box for you. You’ll receive your box
within 1-5 working days. Enjoy your snacks!
An Oh!My subscription gives you access to a box of 30, 45,
or 60 tasty, healthy, and personalised snacks in every delivery. The snacks are
selected by dietitians based on your quiz preferences. Our dietitians are not algorithms;
they are actual people who carefully review your preferences to create the
perfect snack box for you.
We require a subscription to start, but it’s hassle-free. If you love your snacks, just continue. If not, cancel after your first box. You can also buy a gift box to try our snacks without personalisation, but nothing beats a tailored box just for you.

Subscriptions can be weekly (every 7 days), fortnightly (every 15 days), monthly (every 30 days), or bimonthly (every 60 days).

Absolutely! Once you’ve received your first box, you’ll find the 'Rate & Choose My Snacks' on your profile. From there, you can see all our snacks and select all or some of the snacks you'd like to see in your box. You can vote on your snacks by scanning the QR code on the packaging. This will take you to a page where you can rate the snack as "Love it," "Like it," or "Dislike, don’t want to repeat." The purpose of the quiz and the feedback we ask you at the end of each delivery is to ensure that this does not happen. But, if it does happen, please send us an email or contact us by chat and share your opinion with us. We will do everything we can to make sure you have an Ohhh MY! experience!

While we don’t accept returns on snacks due to legal and safety regulations, your feedback is important to us. Since our snacks are food items and individually portioned, they cannot be resold or returned once they've left our facility. Nutrition
A healthy diet must be complete, varied, and balanced, and must provide energy for physical and mental well-being throughout the day. However, we know that “healthy” is different for all of us, and that's why we bet on variety - so that there are options for everyone and so that our nutritionists can work continuously to adapt your snacks to your tastes and needs.
At Oh!My Snacks you will have access to several categories of snacks, all of which have some characteristic that makes them a “healthy” option – for example, eliminating refined sugars, reducing fat compared to traditional equivalents, or snacks with a higher protein and fibre content than similar ones on the market. All this without ever compromising on taste.
We have many options that don't contain common allergenic ingredients (gluten, lactose, etc.), but there could still be traces due to cross-contamination. If you have severe food intolerances, unfortunately, we can't help you yet. For more information, contact us by email.
Note: Cross-contamination occurs when a certain "substance free" food item becomes contaminated by either direct or indirect contact with a food item that contains said "substance". Gluten is a common example of this, where traces can be found in food with no gluten ingredients. This is why we say you should not consume our snacks if you have severe intolerances.

As our portfolio includes hundreds of options, we include a QR code on each snack you receive, so instead of browsing through countless nutritional information that isn't relevant to you. Like that, you'll have access to the ones that matter. That way, you can make an easier and more informed choice about which snacks you want to consume at each moment of your day.

Delivery & Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. You can expect your Oh!My Snacks box to arrive within 2-5 business days after placing your order. We prioritise quality, so our dietitians take time to carefully select snacks that match your preferences. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s website.
Your order will be delivered by a courier during the day to the address you provide. Make sure the address is complete and up-to-date. The courier may contact you if needed, so ensure your mobile number is correct.
If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will usually call you, so it is important that you have your mobile number up to date. If they're unable to reach you, they will leave a note with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or where to collect your box.

We offer free delivery to the following countries: All fees are included for the following countries: Germany, Ireland, England, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, and Poland. Islands not included. Additionally, we also deliver to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden, although shipping fees that is possible to verify checkout page.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Our refund policy varies depending on when you request a cancellation:
No Charge Scenario: If you request a cancellation at least one business day before the renewal date, your card will not have been charged, and no refund is necessary.
Partial Refund: If you cancel after the renewal date but before the order has been processed, you are eligible for a partial refund. This refund will deduct transaction costs from the total amount paid, which include 1.8% + €0.30 for credit card payments, or 4% for PayPal payments. You will receive an email notification once your order is generated and remains in an "Unfulfilled" state on our platform.
No Refund Possible: If you cancel an order that is already ready for dispatch ("Fulfilled status), no refund will be issued. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be sent. Since the products are personalised and have already entered the distribution process, refunds are not possible.
Order was returned and you still want your box: Since the box is personalised and a delivery attempt was already made, we cannot offer a refund. If you'd like us to send the box again, please contact us. You'll need to pay for the second delivery attempt.
We strive for accuracy, but we are human and mistakes can happen. If you receive something incorrect, please email us with a description and images. This will help us resolve the issue quickly
