We wanted a wafer you can enjoy any day, with thin crunchy layers and a smooth vanilla-style cream. So we made one with a cleaner label and no added sugar, to avoid the negative consequences of excessive white sugar intake.

Ingredients

Sweeteners: (maltitol and xylitol), vegetable palm fat, WHEAT flour, fat-reduced cocoa powder (3%), WHEAT starch, skimmed-MILK powder, powdered MILK whey, CREAM powder (0,55%), rice flour, skimmed YOGHURT powder (0,37%), strawberry powder (0,19%), flavouring agents, salt, lemon juice powder (0,09%): (concentrated lemon juice and maltodextrine), raising agents: (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate), acid: tartaric acid and colouring: carotenes.
