How long does it take to arrive?

Your order leaves the warehouse one to two working days after you buy, and arrives one to three working days later. For the Azores and Madeira, allow up to ten working days. When it ships, you get an email with the tracking code.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Across the UK, delivery is free from £45. Below that it's £7, and your order arrives in 1 to 2 working days, tracked.

We also deliver to Portugal, Spain and ten more European countries.

Can I track my order? And if I am not home?

Yes. When your order ships you get an email with the tracking code and the courier's link. Delivery happens during the day, at the address you gave, and the courier may call you, so it is worth having the right phone number on your account. If you are out, the courier always tries to call and you will get a notice of what happens next.

Do the snacks need a fridge? How long do they keep?

They do not. They keep at room temperature, in a desk drawer or a kitchen cupboard, sealed in their packaging. The best-before date varies from snack to snack and is printed on each pack, and none leaves us with less than a month to go. The ones marked heat-sensitive travel better outside summer.
