Yes. You can increase or decrease the size of your snack box as your team grows or changes. You can make these changes at any time through your account dashboard.

Do you offer options for dietary requirements?

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on the size of the snack box you choose. Complete our 2-minute quiz and we'll recommend the most suitable box sizes for your team. You'll then be able to compare the price of each option, including the cost per snack, before making your decision.

How quickly can I expect my Oh!MySnacks box arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. You can expect your Oh!My Snacks box to arrive within 2-5 business days after placing your order.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, quickly and easily.

Is there a minimum team size?

No. We offer boxes in a range of sizes, making them suitable for both small teams and businesses with hundreds of employees.

What if my team doesn't enjoy some of the snacks?

The account owner has access to a dedicated dashboard where they can rate the snacks received and update their team's preferences whenever they like. This feedback helps us refine future deliveries and keep your snack selection varied, relevant and tailored to your team's tastes.

Who chooses the snacks for my team?

Our snack selection is curated by our qualified nutrition team, who carefully choose the most suitable products from our catalogue based on your team's preferences. This ensures every box offers a balanced, varied selection tailored to your workplace.
