Right of Withdrawal
Under European Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
14-Day Period
The 14-day period begins on the date you receive your order, regardless of whether it is a personalised box or individual snacks. You may, however, exercise your right of withdrawal before receiving your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
How to Exercise your Right
Log in to your account, find your order and click 'Exercise Right of Withdrawal'. You will be guided through a 2-step process and will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Orders Already Dispatched
As our products are foodstuffs, returns after dispatch are not automatic. However, we assess each situation individually. If you have received your order and have a reason to request a return, please contact us at hello@ohmysnacks.net and our team will respond within 3 working days.
All products dispatched by Oh My Snacks carry a minimum shelf life guarantee of 2 months from the date of delivery. In the event of a defective product, incorrect expiry date, or error in your order, a refund or replacement will always be provided.
Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal (order not yet dispatched), the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your box subscription, go to 'My Account' → 'Manage my Subscriptions'. Cancellation will prevent future charges and shipments but will not affect orders already processed.
