What is the role of the nutrition team in my box, and how can I contact them?

Our nutrition team selects, from our catalogue, the snacks that make sense for your profile and preferences, and it's the team that decides what goes into each box, based on your initial quiz and your ratings via QR code.

You can talk to the nutrition team through the chat, in the management area of your personalised box, to clear up any doubts, tell us what you like and don't like, or adjust your box. We're here to help you get the most out of it. For health matters and nutritional follow-up, your nutritionist is always the best person to ask.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days after purchase.

Are there snacks for the whole family?

Yes. The range includes options for different tastes and dietary preferences, including sweet and savoury snacks.

Is this nutritional advice or health monitoring?

No, and we believe that distinction matters. A dietitian has a unique role in people's lives, and nothing replaces a consultation with one. What we do is help you eat better day to day: our nutrition team selects, from our catalog, the snacks that make sense for your profile and preferences. This selection does not constitute clinical nutritional advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or health monitoring. If you have an allergy, intolerance, or medical condition, always consult your doctor or dietitian.

Who chooses my snacks in the personalised box?

The selection is made and reviewed by our nutrition team, made up of qualified professionals, who choose the products from the catalogue best suited to your preferences and goals. The team's role is to curate the snacks, not to provide an individual consultation.

Do the snacks need to be refrigerated?

No. The snacks can be stored at room temperature and do not require refrigeration.

Are the snacks suitable for children?

Yes, there are several options designed for different tastes. Even so, we recommend that a responsible adult always check the ingredients and allergens of each product before it is consumed by a child.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Oh!MySnacks delivers to Portugal, Spain and several European countries, including France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Poland and others. Free delivery applies over €39.95 for mainland Portugal and Spain.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Oh!MySnacks does not require a subscription.

Can I have more than one subscription?

No. The personalisation experience is designed to be unique to each customer.

What is the shelf life of the snacks?

The snacks are sent with a suitable shelf life for normal consumption and storage. There is no single fixed expiry date, as it depends on the specific snacks selected.

How much does Oh!MySnacks cost?

Prices vary depending on the box and number of snacks. You’ll find options such as 20 snacks for €39.95, 30 snacks for €54.95 and 60 snacks for €104.95.

How many snacks are included in a box?

It depends on the box you choose. The minimum box includes 20 personalised snacks.
