While we do require a subscription to start your snack journey, we've made it hassle-free for you and you can enjoy without any commitment. If you fall in love with your snacks (and you will), you just continue. If not, you're free to cancel right after your first box in your customer portal.

You can also buy a gift box to try our snacks, but honestly, nothing beats a box that's been tailored just for you. 😊

After you receive your box, you'll have the opportunity to rate each snack and share any additional information you may have. Our nutritionists will take this feedback into account for future boxes to ensure you always have a personalized snacking experience.

Absolutely! Once you’ve received your first box you’ll find the 'Rate & Choose My Snacks' tab on your profile.' From there, you can see all our snacks and select
all or some of the snacks you'd like to see in your box. If you don't fill the entire box yourself, our dietitians will handpick the remaining snacks to ensure your box is perfectly tailored to your tastes and needs. This dual approach lets us create an Oh!My Snacks box that's truly unique, just like you!"

You can typically expect your Oh!My Snacks box to arrive within 1-3 business days after you've placed your order. While we aim to be as speedy as possible, we prioritize quality. Our dietitians take time to carefully select the snacks that perfectly match your preferences. That way, you receive a box that's uniquely tailored just for you, ensuring that every snack is a hit!

We have many options that don't contain common allergenic ingredients (gluten, lactose, etc.), but there could still be traces due to cross-contamination. If you have severe food intolerances, unfortunately, we can't help you yet.

Note: Cross-contamination occurs when a certain "substance-free" food item becomes contaminated by either direct or indirect contact with a food item that contains said "substance". Gluten is a common example of this, where traces can be found in food with no gluten ingredients. This is why we say you should not consume our snacks if you have severe intolerances.

We offer free delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, England, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. Additionally, we also deliver to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden, although shipping fees will apply for these countries. To find the nutritional information of your snack, please scan the QRcode present in you snack packaging and you will have access to all information.
